ABOUT

A senior firm, not a big agency

REDdot Marketing is a small, senior firm. Clients work with experienced people, not layers of account management.

Developer-side experience,
alliance depth when needed.

REDdot was founded in 2008 by James E. Doyle, our founder and principal strategist. Before REDdot, he served as Vice President, Marketing for SMR Communities at Lakewood Ranch (1994 to 2001) and Vice President, Marketing and Sales for LandMar Group (2001 to 2008).

That background is why REDdot works developer-side: we have run marketing and sales inside development organizations, not only advised them from outside. Day to day, clients work with a small senior team. When a project needs research, feasibility, or technical delivery, we expand through the Real Estate Marketing Alliance.

New launch, slow absorption, or a community that needs repositioning. We will tell you honestly if an audit, a positioning engagement, or a different kind of help is the right first step.
